How to prepare your body for infant feeding; recognizing and responding to infant feeding cues
Techniques for latching and positioning basics
How to know if your baby is getting enough food
Common misconceptions & struggles and how to overcome them
Mixed feeding best practices
Common supplements and medications used during lactation
Accessories to support feeding, bottles and beyond!
